Yes of course! Just avoid swimming for the first 24-48 hours after applying the system. When showering, just do your best to avoid getting the system wet unless you're washing it, especially around the hairline and edges, this will decrease hold times. Swimming is completely okay, just be sure to shampoo and condition after as salt and chlorine can dry out and damage the hair!
